Purchased a cycle with gear in august and within 15 days has to visit 10 times for various issues in cycles. 2 times the rear tire got deflated when the cycle was in store. Got it checked and found the issue with tube. They applied a puncture first time again within a 10 days the rear tire again got deflated while not in use. Then again they applied a puncture. Their mechanic told me that the issue is with tube but owner is saying that they cannot do anything in this. Also has a faulty pedal which they replaced after lot of persuasion.
