I purchase sigma racks for my new shop which is not started due to wrong commitment by sigma representative in Jaipur by Gaurav Sharma ( totally fake and false person)
DATE 04/09/2020 ENQUIRYNO GAURAV/8490/001/SSC/145 QUOTATION NO SSC/19-20/Q-05/DISP
I paid 10,000 on 04 September on a commitment order complete in 15 days
but right now ( 25 September) my order is not complete and everyday Mr. Gaurav Sharma has a fake and false commitment.
I have doubts that maybe he sold my product to another person and now has a fake commitment to me.

after review mr. Manyank and Mr. Gaurav talk with rudely. customer service and comunication is so bad. I totally suggest for avoid these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy racks. They gave me an offer, I accepted, they added a rider, I accepted it, they added another rider, I accepted that too. They kept on adding riders as if they don't want to sell. Still I accepted all riders. Finally they asked me to still re-consider whether I want to buy or not. I said yes, please go ahead and take the payment. Then the person called his senior, he said they cant deliver. They wasted precious 50 minutes and still didn't sell. Seems like they are closing the business. But that okay, they should have told me that upfront. I bought racks from other place. Never seen such a business that pushes customers back.
