★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shifted here in month of Feb 2020. Since then we are facing issues only.
So many issues including Water leakages/seepage, AC gas line broken, poor quality electrical fittings, bad toilet fittings (flush) etc.
Maintenance staff (namely Ravindra) is so bad that you have to keep calling them and they will come after multiple follow-ups and blame everything on you. We had water leakages at multiple places and their staff blamed it on us saying that our carpenter broke water line due to which seepage happening in the walls. Water seepage has damaged my living room's wall paper and spoiled the paint of the bathroom and living room.
Similarly, one of our bedroom’s AC stopped working after some time of installation due to gas leakage and LG engineer informed that line in the wall has leakage. On informing this to Signature 99 management, again their staff came for inspection after multiple follow-ups and said the line is broken and it broke due to our carpenter broke while doing our flat’s interior. I have one question are the walls made so thin that they broke the line so easily? Moreover the nails used for carpentry are small ones not big enough to penetrate through wall and break the AC gas line.
All the good reviews seems to be paid as they are mentioned as local guide, so don't go by these good reviews.
I would not suggest anyone to buy property in this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multistorey residency located on the JK road near JK hospital? and research Center. Basically a housing society. Available for Families ??????and mostly Students ?? . Offers variety of residence ranging from 2 BHK to 4 BHK apartments at affordable prices. Slightly expensive but can be affordable for a normal middle-class Family. Daily means services like water and cleanliness is maintained very well. Provides good social environment for living. Frankly speaking? who cares about all this.
