I strongly not recommend any of you to go with them as I never experienced amanora mall showroom with this kind of performance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have sample furniture in the Amanora Mall and Ishaniya Mall stores. They will convince you on the product quality/warranty/service and will accept booking mentioning product is in warehouse and will be delivered in 2-3 days, in reality your endless followup begins.. If you are lucky can get your booked furniture in 1 month time. Worst part is post sale service, I had purchased tuscany king size bed and it started cracking within 1 month time. .you will never get resolution and they have all sort of excuse not to respond to calls and redirecting to other person for follow up. I wish there was option to provide negative stars/rating.Please avoid buying anything from this store.

Giving a lot of reasons and just doing time pass. Ridiculous service . Please do not bought any costly item. Which is not get serviced.

We visited 3 different furniture showrooms before dropping at your place. We found the quality and finishing of your products superior to products from other furniture makers. Besides the products, your warm reception and patience made us feel quite comfortable in your shop. You showed us a wide range of furniture collection and answered all our questions with patience and respect. We are also happy that you gave us great deals on all the products that we ordered. You also made sure that the products are delivered to us well before the due date and in excellent condition.
Your carpenter who visited our place for installing the furniture is a great guy. He was humble and respectful. He has excellent workmanship. He is very precise in his work and took care of minute details to ensure that the furniture sits fully well on the floor. He also volunteered to fix a minor issue that's been troubling us for quite some time.
Overall, you and your team delivered an excellent customer experience to us which is rare when we are dealing with a small or medium enterprise of your size. We have already recommended your showroom to one of our friends who is looking for some furniture to their new home.
Thank you once again for your time, advice, and prompt service. I will visit your shop shortly for a bed side table. See you again then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative review. Do not buy anything from here. Worst after service ever. The only thing good about this shop is sweet lip service.
We were the among the first customers to buy furnitures from this place. In fact we booked two king size beds and a dining table with six chairs on the day the shop was inaugurated . Also we got the mattresses too from this shop. Although they don’t sell mattresses they made arrangements for it from their friends shop.
The quality is really bad since all the furnitures warped. All they did was false promises of lifetime warranty but they turned deaf ears to any complains made.
We had to again spend more money to rectify the problems .Also two chairs broke which they did replace after a lot of hassle.
