★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chor Builder. You will regret as there are lot of problems in the paper work. It is not freehold land, it has been acquired by fraud and has been mortgaged to multiple lenders. I lost my booking amount but still no regrets as I saved many crores thanks to fantastic work done by my solicitor. Most of above reviews are by their own staff so be very careful.
