★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lived there for about 10 months back in 2018-19
- The level of maintenance there is well below average.
- Basement parking area is like Bhoot-Bangla, pitch dark and dirty. Also water leakage issue.
- Swimming pool was defunct during the whole of Augist 2018 to March 2019 when I lived there.
- Gym/club was not ready during the wholw time when I lived there. (Mind you the possession was given to the residents more than 3-4 years before 2018)
- No online system to pay for maintenance and electricity, not even payTm. Every time you have to visit Peace tower gr. floor only within a specific time slot to recharge your meters.
- No maintenance service for plumber/electrician on phone call. Go to main gate guard room and write manually in register. Uske baad bhi koi aae na aae koi bharosa nahin.
- Guards are on strike on a regular basis due to non-payment of dues.
- Every time there is a power cut the genset is started after at least more than 5 minutes. During the afternoon sometime it takes them a long time(30+ mins) to start genset in case of powercut. When I lived there my neighbour had to install invertor connection to avoid being totally dependent on their power backup.
- There are 3 lifts per tower but all of them are normal sized, means no service lifts. Good luck in bringing your large furnitures or single-piece double bed mattress to higher floors. A few days ago one of their lift broke down and fell from 6th floor to ground floor. There were kids inside. The parents lodged FIR in sector 49 chowki for the same.
- The flat design layout I must say is good. But there is seepage/seelan issue in walls.
- Few days ago residents carried out massive protest against the builder by putting up posters in their balconies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic society. Very bad maintenance, no cleanliness, electricity meter is manually handled and charges are quite high as per the service.
You need to pay maintenance fee but god knows where it goes.
Water either doesnt come if it comes its stinky.
Material quality of walls and doors very very bad
