★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very bad experience on the initial meeting with the person in this company. He didn't even introduce himself and have ZERO knowledge of programming and applications. After spending 1 hr. with him and explaining the requirement to him, he finally said, he didn't understand the requirement and need 2 months time to understand the exact requirement. After wasting of my hour's time, he said I disturbed him and he was busy in some other task. It's very shameless and disrespectful to met with him.
I've prepared the design of the exact requirement and have shared with him but according to me him, he needs 2-3 months time, just to understand whether he is capable to do or not.
