★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheater Company, as i had joined as a team leader in this company and at the time of joining nobady said that the salary will be redused if the target is not done for the complete team, as in the offer letter also it is not mention, so i want to request you to if any bady is interested to work there , so kindly clear the salary part because they say someting at the time of joining and but after fifteen to twenty days the management says that the salary part will get redused if the agent does not achieve the target, in that why team leader must suffer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company deserve only -0 star. Worst company & management ever. Company doesn't provide offer letter and salary slips. Too much Delay in salary also. No training salary, no pf, no leaves, lots of politics & favouritisum .They can remove you after 15 or 1month of training period. Even HR doesn't know about HR policies. Guys please Don't trust on these people. I will suggest you please dont join this company. It's totally wasting your time.

But trust on me here we have a good ambience and most of the people will just not bother you they have their work to do.

They conducting 10.5 hours shift which is against labour law and also setting age limit of 35 so that they continue this illegal practice.if they want 10.5 hours shift than take medical responsibility of every employee in case any medical requiredment

We have been giving work opportunities to candidates pan India during this pandemic .happily working for us from shilong, Calcutta,karnataka,goa,.....they are so happy with working from home and we are getting what we need from them.

Since we are into lead generation/ sales so yes we do have targets However it's achievable and the managers and quality team constantly work with employees to help them succeed.
