★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owners are super confident and super arrogant.No manners to talk to customers...We had gone to Window Shop,but genuinely liked some stuff and wanted yo buy,their attitude put us off and we left everything back at that shop!
The shop is in pathetic condition plus their attitude worse than that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. They don't know how to speak to a customer , let alone treat him well. Exorbitant charges in the name of polishing and restrinhjmv pearls, but even that took me three trips to collect the stuff They give a due date and when you go to collect , give reasons for non delivery, and even raise their voice. I go a second time and find that the pendants of the necklaces have been interchanged And the person calmly says that I can leave them and collect the next day. Worst ever experience
