★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colony is good, but the person who is dealing for selling flat is totally rude and fraud(Rahul Mishra), he will always ask you to pay booking amount in hurry, and ask you to give him cheque for making agreement, he will not give you agreement until your cheque is cleared. Even he won't even refund your booking amount. Then he will ask you to do process of loan.
