★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for two years. The place and people are nice but services and prices are skyrocketing. Compare to entire Narhe, and surrounding area, you have to pay approximately 20% more rent, as the cleaning services are extremely expensive. Or may be because I was leaving, they charged me 500/- to collect the last minute garbage that I did not had time to pickup, at least thats what my home owner told me. The task was supposed to cost 50/- or at most ₹100/-.
I don’t know why these peoples are dearly clinging on to such cleaning robbing crew, when they could better one in half price.
My neighbours were very nice and friendly family. So does my home owners. In fact, all of them are very good natured peoples.
When I left, June’19, I paid last month maintenance amount ₹2300/- for 1 BHK, and I am paying approx half of that for 2 BHK in Hinjewadi in a society twice cleaner as this was.
If you are too desperate, or have too much money, or just don’t care how much you pay, you could get a flat here.
