★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased 1bhk flat in Sonchafa project of this builder but there is no systematic allotment of parking. The builder promised us covered parking but at the time of allotment it was done without lottery system randomly depending upon there working staff. I have given parking just feet next to garbage area where they mostly keep garbage containers next to and in front of my vehicle and every time when garbage truck comes they move my vehicle ?, such a frustrating situation we are in and all of this happening because builder do not care what people are facing. They got there money.
