★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silver oak, bang opposite to the Kanakia Police Station. It's at a prime location with all amenities within hands reach and mira road railway station at 2 kms. Cons: there is heavy water logging within the society premises during monsoons and will wreck havoc to your car if parked within. Moreover, heavy leakage and seepage in almost all flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best location and good Architecture building, Silver OAK Building is wonderful society and nice stay with family & kids, The building and the premises are well maintained and there good security for the people. Near by one of the good famous place like Cinemax theater, Kanakia police station near by spacious Park Garden for everyone, in silver oak having a good parking space is available for parking cars here. All the basic facilities can be reached within 10 minutes of walking around the building.
