★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silver Park Co-operative Housing Society is residential premise located in kamothe area in Navi Mumbai. This place is at a walking distance from the National Highway. This place is ideal for families. Very decent security and well maintained. Most of the residents of the society are owners. Some flats about 20% of flats are rented and are occupied by tenants. This is a very calm area the atmosphere is also pleasant as it is located near the mangroves. The most popular landmark near the Silver Park Society is HDFC Bank, Kamothe Branch. Nearest Hospital is MGM Hospital. This hospital is occupied with some of the best doctors and top notch healthcare facilities in the Navi Mumbai. This hospital also has a medical college connected to the hospital. Hence, there are some students working as intern in the hospital. Hence there is no shortage of doctors. The nearest railway station is Mansarovar railway station. It is the next immediate railway station after Kharghar while travelling from thane to panvel and the station is followed by khandeshwar station. Thus the entire kamothe is well connected by railways as well as roadways network. Silver Park CHS can be accessed from kamothe railway station by Auto Rickshaw - approx. 30 RS. And there are share Auto Rickshaws plying from Mansarovar station. In this case the passenger has to get down at the junction of Kamothe Police Station on the main road and walk approximately 600 m on the left hand side direction.
There was crack filling, painting and other renovation work being carried out when I visoted the location and I also understood that the Society members are fairly regular in conducting such Maintenance work from time to time so as to ensure the good integrity of the buildings and also maintain the aesthetics of the premises. There are certain issues of power cut and there is a problem of mosquitoes as the location of this society is very close to the mangroves. However, the Society being very regular in pest control, this problem is now that severe. To sum it up a good society to reside in with the family. Good Families are currently occupying the apartments in this society and they are having good relations with each other.
