staff is co-operative very friendly in nature u can feel u r staying in at ur own home service is excellent and food quality is olso good i just love to stay i prefer if u came in delhi u should try this place for staying its one n only best place to stay in delhi at oyo

Silverkey Executive Stays is doing a great job. I wish they spread themselves across India. It has now become my favorite place to check in whenever I'm outstation. The rooms, lobby, washrooms, cleanliness is all up to mark. I would like to give just one suggestion that please increase your visibility, advertise more.

The staff was ok ok and didn’t have sense of hosting. They wore sport shoe to the bathroom after repeatedly telling not to do so. There were no windows in the room and staff was casual as they were some young boys handling it. The whole building was under construction and no proper place for parking. I will not recommend this hotel and OYO was disappointing here!

Had the best stay of my entire travel life. The staff was so well educated and guided and knew their responsibilities well. So professional and I don’t think this silver key was anything less then a Business class Leela Palace chain of hotels.

The first OYO room that dissappointed me was SilverKey. The staff were not well dressed and were some young boys managing without any sense to behave well. The staff was also rude and impolite to us.The Geyser and AC was not working and we changed the room and there the lock of the main door was loose. It looks fancy but not at all well managed. The room has no windows.

Great kind of hospitality shown by Aman and Tushar. Breakfast quality is too good as per other OYO. I would love to visit again. One thing i need to mention, that place OYO board outside your hotel it's your brand logo.

My husband & me done the booking in this hotel for stay in delhi, the hotel is not at all easily located and its on first floor of some marble & tile shop, rooms are not at all as shown in picture. Staff is very unprofessional, untrained & rude to guest. Rooms, washroom & linen not clean at all. And there was dog which always sit on hotel entrance he is so dangerous that he keep barking on guest and trying to come to bite when guest try to enter the hotel. Really this is not at all acceptable from oyo to give such kind of hotel & service to guest in oyo hotels chain and specially in silver key. We suggest oyo to do proper audit & inspection of hotel on monthly basis on guest feedback. Before it spoil oyo name in hospitality market and people start reporting it to social media. And I suggest guest not to book this oyo silver key hotel go for other option.

Hi, I have booked this hotel for the 1st time for a stay of my colleagues who came from out of city. The collegyes shared they had a very bad experience in terms of stay, food was stale-rooms were not ventilated, more 1 female colleagues complaint that someone was knocking her door at 1:30pm in the night, she got really scared with that incidence. Next day they shared their bad experience with the office where they had came to attend the training. Moreover, lot of follow up was required to get the Bill even post check out. Of course, the hotel did not deserve a 5 star rating. So, were given poor rating, the hotelmanager called me & asked very disgracefully why poor rating was given-so he was told the reason. He said "don't book our hotel again". Is this a kind of treatment expected from hotel staff??? Food quality not good, rooms not ventilated & staff is not courteous at all..... Extremely poor experience !!!
