★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good experience with silverline electornics . Bought online Raspberry Pi 3B+ model as it was mentioned as official sales partner on raspberry website. Although being in same city (Bangalore) they delivered in 6-7 days . I called the "ceo" of the company and he says it should get shipped in day which didnt happen. After 3 days of multiple calls to thier shop , finally they ship after 3 days and that too a damaged piece (Attaching picture of it) !! Although it is working fine but I didnt expected such laid off attitude and damage product delivery . This is my last order from this shop for sure !

Prices are much lower compared to online sites like amazon, infact it's bit lower than prices abroad. I would recommend this shop for hobbyist who are into electronics.

Yes initially there was delay in response to my request for copy of invoice but it has been personally take care - so I appreciate that. Also, the delay in shipping was explained and which is an acceptable response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are one of the approved Raspberry Pi Resellers in India. They claim to have updated their website but still it is not very user friendly.
They usually respond in WhatsApp, also take calls. Prices of Raspberry Pis and accessories are very competitive.
Two stars less because they had manifested my store pickup order for courier shipment. Their office phone in Unity Building was not answered - may be my bad luck that some staff was on leave.
The packing staff are not super helpful. They did not respond well to me when I walked in and asked about my store pickup order. To avoid courier pickup I had to call the WhatsApp number and the packing team helped only after they received instructions over phone.
I wish there won't be a situation where we need to contact them for warranty claim. From my purchase experience, I really doubt if warranty claims would be any easier. But it is my assumption for now.
OK OK store and very average purchase experience for me. You may try your luck.
