Achieve amazing weight loss and fitness. Master Dr.S.S.Khan sir and Sensei Annie both are very good. His training style and method is awesome. Diet Plan is also very helpful to loss weight. Seld defense workouy with equipment will easily lost calories in just one hours. I suggest you all to join Simna

The founder of Simna Martial Arts Organization -Master Dr.S.S Khan is such prodigious personality. From kickboxing to MMA, from Karate to Win Chun he is just perfect in teaching every Martial Art with huge deep knowledgeable. He himself learnt his skills from different countries specialised nd originated in particular country.

I have trained under the wings of my Sensei Dr.S.S Khan (Founder of Simna Martial Arts Organization, 7th dan black belt from Japan, PH.D in Martial Science). I have never ever seen such a man who can expertise you in every fields of life. He has a mountainous knowledge of every martial arts (from Karate to Kickboxing, MMA to Win-Chun, kung-fu to Muaythai, Traiditional to Sports). He is an Expert and Reasearcher of Self Defence Techniques.
On the other side All the Trainers in Simna Martial Arts Org. are just amazing and the teaching style are just fabulous.
