★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for outrageous workforce and intensive exploitation , especially for freshers who are forced to work for little money. This is where compulsion can bring you . Very poor facilities for everything and you will get surprised to see that some seniors are mkre unqualified than you and they try to suppress you with extra burden . But some colleagues are really nice in QC department and Mr Hariom in production is really nice. You can say, this firm is total supporting on few Human resources. And going back to infrastructure and productivity ,it's quite good. The work procedure needs some rescheduling and more employees are need to be engaged if they feel a little pity to human compulsion.
