★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never take any courses from Simplilearn you will just get scammed. If you don't have work surely you can get enrolled in Simplilearn because for months you will just be calling their customer care wasting hours daily to get in touch with them then also your problem won't be resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly and utterly disappointed. When I was going to buy the course I was told that it will be extremely flexible and I can do it at anytime I want. After finishing one course, I realized that they only have weekend courses for the rest of my classes (4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday) which I find extremely difficult to sit through. I would actually like a refund (after cutting whatever courses that I completed's fee) and I know your refund policy is 7 days you should really look into that matter because if the course does not live up to a students expectations there needs to be some kind of half refund policy or something like that, because at the end of the day we are looking to upskill ourselves and if the course does not end up doing that then may be your platform does not live up to the standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am never going to recommend Simplilearn to anyone nor I am going to pursue any course with them. At the time when you want to purchase a course you will recieve end number of calls. Like in my case for ITIL4 which included exam from Axelos PeopleCert. Now I completed the course in all aspects and needed to give exam, for which I needed a Voucher Key/Code to book exam from PeopleCert. This should have been automated in their process, however this guys made me to raise an issue and later the customer support asks me to wait for 5 days atleast. What kind of service is this, when it comes to selling a course you will call multiple times and when it comes to provide the exam voucher which links to external site wherein you need to go and give your exam. This people will make excuses, because they have to pay to PeopleCert in this case and this people are very smart. They have a great business model, they will sell you the course including the exam, this guys know that exam is the most expensive part of the course and they've made the process tedious in order to refrain you from giving the exam and they will make money. Many students don't opt for exam in a fear that one would fail, these guys make money when students don't opt for the exam and the time period is expired. Guys never do this, even if the want you too.
