★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional stuff who operates with students who are doing professional courses with simplilearn.
Once you guys gets money for a certain course you stop following up with students.
Completely business minded approaching you guys follow with students .
Completely unethical and unprofessional approach .
Though you training part is good but please try to improve your staff quality and make them professional .
I have taken course but could not able to get exam voucher eventually I have lost my 34k due to your unprofessionalism .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only promissed you but no action. Very poor quality of Online courses (YouTube Self-learnings are much much bettter than their courses). Pay money for nothing and the don't refund (they promise they'll do but after you pay and complain about their service they only don't answer you anymore and no response). BE CAREFULL

I have tried to communicate on live chat but its not working.
very Non professional work.
Even they ask student to write good review on social media then they provide some free course to the student.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 3 courses from Simplilearn. Your sales person promised that full access will be for 2 years. But now after 1 year I have been trying to reach her. Received no update on extension. No response on whatsapp, phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service!! Last year I enrolled for AZ-104 course, in that Lab, there were so limitations like creating Windows 10 VM, Linux VM, Regions, Zones etc.
And a sales person Manjunath P L who is a senior sales manager here, is so rude, he talks rudely. He force to you for enrolling for any courses. There is a FORCE team here not Sales team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont ever enroll for any course from Simplilearn. To get you enrolled they will promise you many things but after you get enrolled they wont keep their promises. They then ask do you have that in written?
Also they have the worst support team ever. I myself had to call them above 70 times. Most of times was placed in a long queue and other times the agents fed me lies. Have already wasted 510+ mins of my time but still the issue didn't get resolved.
Advice:- Look for better options than Simplilearn

They ask you to enroll in trial course for 7 days and do not refund money even when you have requested them within the time period. very unclear system of refund due to sales people. Highly dissatisfied. Your money will be stuck and you will have to do a course on the platform later on to recover it. They call you multiple times to sell a course but do not receive calls when you want to opt out and require a refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very poor institute because I have taken my admission in this institute through online procedure by their sales agent. But due some emergency I had to cancel my admission and I informed the same sales agent within the time period but she didn't informed her team properly and that i came to know after 1 month when EMI of the course start. Now I shared all the details but this is still pending....
They don't give the proper response as well.
