★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 star service. Definitely recommended. I had a very pleasant experience. I had booked honda jazz car for 40 hours. The car was in very good condition, clean, easy to drive with all accessories. I have done a lot of road trips and have used the self-drive services of all major competitors in the market, and this was by far my best experience. The prices are quite reasonable (as compared to other popular providers)(believe me, I did a lot of calculation before finalizing the booking). The process of picking and delivering the car was also very smooth, with zero hassle. The representatives were very helpful and cooperative. The company rep was very easy to reach throughout, either on call or Whatsapp, from the day I made the booking till I got my refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is second time I have booked with them. Surprisingly I got the same Ertiga I had got one and half year back. During these one and half years the car condition was maintained very nicely and I was happy to have it because there were sweet memories attached with this vehicle. I am extremely happy with these people as they are very friendly and professional in a different way. Some professionals are so dry and prosaic and don't pay much heed to the customers but these people treat you as a family member and they never said any negative words at all during my interaction with them. Another point is car is always clean when they hand it over and pay back your security deposit instantly without fuss. I have decided to choose Simply drive and will continue to do so.
