I purchased haier AC from Simran enterprises. 3 Days before year ending i tried to call them continuously for 2 days they haven't answered any calls, so next day my father visited store they said year ended so free service is not available. my father told them that we were trying to contact you but there was no response from your side so, they replied very unprofessionally to my father and we also showed them that we tried to call them, on office time still there was no response, instead of accepting their mistake they were answering us very unprofessionally.
