Simran had it repaired though it took more time than expected. But is running perfectly ever since and at a reasonably acceptable cost. Must admit my experience has been satisfactory. However would hv appreciated if he had kept me updated on the progress periodically. Would recommend his services.

First, a high degree of technical competency. Lack of genuine expertise will result in situations where your motherboard will be destroyed and need to be replaced. Second, you need to be able to trust on the price of components. Almost everyone will take you for a ride. Finally, professionalism. You need fast and accurate estimates of delivery.
If you are looking for a smart talking Apple shop, go elsewhere. There are quite a few in Kolkata and I have been the victim of them over 10 years now.
But, if you are looking for a professional and mature technician who knows what he is doing, someone you can trust, then you need Saumen Saha at Simran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience is Good, They are proficiency in repairing all brand laptop including MacBook. I have an issue with my MacBook pro 2012 model, as Mac service center stop providing support to old model, this is the only option to repair. I came accross them through Google search.
