“Saraswathi Ammal Educational and Charitable Trust” (SAECT), Chennai, under the leadership and guidance of Dr. J. Ramachandran, Chairman of the Institute, started Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences in Hapur in the year 2008 to fulfill the objective of making it a premier institute of medical teaching and a centre of excellence for providing the best and affordable medical care to the community.
Dr. J. Ramachandran is a well known educationist and social personality from Tamilnadu State and holds the distinction of being the President of the country’s first Marine University named Academy of Maritime Education and Training University, Chennai (AMET University).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad hospital... Lack of facilities... Dogs & monkeys roaming around... No experienced doctors.... Worst college... It almost ruined my carrier... They will charge lot of fees otherwise they won't let u attend class, live in hostel or give exams... Worst college in the universe.... teachers shows attitude...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad hospital, lack of medical facilities and machines, even doctors are not seems to be experienced and professional. Mostly senior doctors allows trainees doctors to do operation in a severe condition too. My father had a sudden cardiac arrest and he died in this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital. No advance medical facilities, no experienced doctors. ICU seems like general ward. Students and Juniors doctors are practicing with patients. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SERIOUS OR CRITICAL PATIENTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good facilities available here. 24 hour emergency is also available. All test can be done ct scan, x ray, mri etc. All are available at cheap rate. Not much expensive. Camps are held on regular basis in which medicine and diagnosis is done on very cheap rate.
