★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional experience with the staff. My sister had a function and we had asked for a dress made. We were assured that the dress would be ready by the day and we paid 6000 INR in advance. (50%) however when we reached the store on the day of the event, we were told that they completely forgot about the dress ( even though they had taken half money in advance) and that they wouldn't be able to give us the dress in time. They even suggested us to go to the mall and buy a dress instead. I get that the owner was sick but the shop was still open and many people were still working there. If there was a delay we should've been intimated beforehand. They didn't even know that we had ordered a dress. Very poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this place for their amazing bodice of work. I got my gown stitched within 3 weeks time and they did a fabulous job, I was complimented by everyone for the fab gown. The beautiful intricate work on the fabric was gorgeous.
Glady and your support staff you guys are the best, I can't thank you enough.

After looking at wedding dresses at various other places it was a relief and absolute joy to interact with Glady who put us at ease from the word Go! While catering to my daughter's desires for her wedding gown, Glady's gentle suggestions have resulted in a very well fitting & lovely gown which made the bride look and feel beautiful! As a designer, Glady has superb vision for the brides she caters to & as a human being she is generous and kind, being hands on with trials and adjustments for a perfect fit. From hot chai in the lovely boutique to friendly chats and even offer to help via video call incase there is any issue in putting on the dress, it has been a beautiful experience at Sincerely Bridal. Thank you, Glady & team, you're the best!
