People smoke and drink in the bus.
No proper seatings ..they will accommodate as many as they want and there is no proper bus fare
Don't book this bus ..they will not even refund your money if you cancel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 2 seats for 13 April 2018 from delhi to lko timing was 11:45 pm from Mayur vihar extension. At 9 pm i got call from Mr. Pradeep who said that bus got canceled due to unavoidable reason and refund will be given to us in very short time.
From That day till today I called him approx 100 times but I did not get my refund yet. I have booked ticket for approx INR 1400 (both)(which i did not get yet) and due to emergency have paid again INR 1500 for each seat (means 3000 rs.) to reach lko on that day.
Such a pathetic services and literally fraud company it is. And now Mr. Pradeep is not recieving calls.
You have to pay somewhere for our hard earned money guys!

Don't get into the bus until and unless you get your alloted seat.
Also don't pay them in advance.
They might refuse you to take you to your destination.
I repeat these guys are FRAUD!
Had one of the worst experience of my life travelling in a bus.
Firstly they'll take advance and promise to your destination, then they'll send you through some other guy's bus who would treat you like extra luggage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud people, they don't keep their promises. I have taken a tour packages from Delhi to spend two days in manali. They agree and showed us the hotel one good hotel but provided us a low class hotel we refused and hell lot of argument . Once they got the money they don't respond to your call. Most worst experience. Their busses are very bad conditions and people are rude. Try to avoid these travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services. Lots of fraud people, not good response at all. Made to pay extra amount while leaving by saying service tax while had not given any services. I won't even like to give this service a single rating ???? I would suggest people to not visit this station or to avail this service either u people would also will be facing such incidents
