I had visited them for M-Seal for fitting toilet pan. Owner had a doubt whether that was to be used or not, he himself called one of his known plumbers who advised me to just apply plain cement instead of M-Seal.
He saved me unnecessary hassle of M-Seal free of cost.
Any other shop would have just sold me that product without verifying its usage.
Really grateful.
