I may have a word with the owner regarding full time, that's irrelevant..
Before selection, I was given a mail(which is sort of a written proof ) where it was mentioned " We appreciate your interest in our firm while working to work with us an ARTICLE ASSISTANT " and was also mentioned that The Selection process for Articled Assistants as per the regulations of ICAI "
Thinking that I would be getting ARTICLESHIP in your firm, I prepared myself and went for the articleship interview with 3 others who were there for the articleship interview. The questions were asked much above Bcom Graduate level. I was still short listed for the next round of interview, where I had an interview round with a partner. I attended the interview, Mr Aditya Singhi, He says you will work as an full time and not article because our policy says you need to be both group clear.. they still broke their policy and hired those who had cleared ONLY 1 group.
Why this sort of problem do I have to face ?
If you had your policies, in the mail you should not have used the words like article assistant, Icai Regulation, Industrial Training etc. I would be paid as per what the articles are being paid. This is not the value of a full time. They make you slog like anything and would pay you only 3000 per month. Their work load is no less than Big 4. Would suggest if you are looking for work experience, opt for Big 4 or Big 8.. you will see better work environment and will get better work exposure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son got a call from one of your senior employee named Supriyo Ghatak. He just gave 1 missed call to my son, my son called back at the number and he started shouting at him. He was talking very rudely with my son. This type of behaviour is not acceptable at any cost. We have heard a lot of negative reports about this person from other people who have learnt OT from him in Kolkata branch.
This type of conversation was unexpected from such a Big and Reputed Company.
My point of giving a feedback is i have huge respect for this Company. Hope you will look into the matter and solve this issue at the earliest.
