At the point of sale, the owner and the workers here are very much humble, provides you the real marketing experience with their knowledge of cycling and its components. The pros and cons were elaborated way better than anyone. Even after sale service is magnificent, they will entertain you like family member. If u buy a cycle from here u will be treated like their family.

All thanks to Ankit (owner), who has been very kind and understanding to explain all the pros and cons of buying a geared cycle and how to have the best experience of cycling.
I had been very sceptical to purchase a geared cycle because of lack of maintenance facilities around, however with the technical knowledge possessed by the experts here, it is genuinely reliable and trustworthy.
Moreover, with Ankit running the "Audacity cycling club" in strava, the trust and confidence becomes multifold because you are dealing with a person who is himself an avid cyclist and runner .
Ankit was absolutely helpful , reliable , trustworthy and more than patient to deal with my innumerable queries. He is extremely customer focussed and ensured that I was not only satisfied but was delighted with my new purchase. (He specially ordered my choice of colour of the cycle ? Black n Yellow! Yipppeee)
Plus, he is a motivating and inspirational personality who's company you will certainly enjoy in his Audacity club- meant for promoting cycling in the city!( An eco friendly initiative).
Special thanks to Ankit's father and Pankaj, who were supportive in making the booking happen on time.
Also a special mention to Audacity team members, Rohit Sethi, Rahul Suneja , Gur-Aman and Anurag, who were equally motivating for helping me join the club.

I have bought a premium bicycle from Singla Cycle and had a pleasant experience. They just don't sells the bicycle they sells the experience. Owners are very polite and knowledgeable persons. I am fully satisfied and happy customer.?
