★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few weeks ago we bought furniture from "SINGLA FURNITURE, Industrial Area, Chandigarh" dealing with Singla furniture is the WORST experience in terms of quality of the product and the services rendered to customers like us. They can be considered as a classical analogy of local companies who import the inferior quality of product from China and sell them at higher prices locally here with the worst quality seen. We bought approx 20 chairs for our office and within 4 days the chairs started showing issues, from broken handles, broken to wheels, loose sitting cushion… the issue started pouring one by one, we called them for the AFTER SALES SERVICES FOR REPAIRING and got NO response. Further they starting cutting our calls and also once told us that as soon as the material is purchased there is NO guarantee what so ever. What is strange is so many items having same issues is not a mistake but clearly showing poor quality products they keep and there LOW QUALITY products. We highly not recommend this business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 8 chairs , 1folding bed ,1stand for clothes , 1shoe rack on 06-11-2020, on 08-11-2020,I asked him to change two items but he refused by saying, come after Diwali.Very poor response . I advice don't buy any thing from Singla Furniture Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Best example of shameless lies, worst service. I ordered a computer table, which they delivered after several excuses - sometimes it was raining, sometimes it was a holiday, etc. Then, eventually when it was delivered, it did not have slot/hole for the cables which they had promised they would have on the table. When I called and told them, they first started with commitments that they'll send someone to fix it, but as the days went by, and I kept on calling, fist the younger guy stopped picking my phones. Eventually, when I was able to connect to the older guy, he first told me I hadn't asked for the slot. At the same time, he kept on saying he will send someone ONLY if one of his workers is coming to my area. When I asked him if someone doesn't come for 6 months, would he not send anyone to fix my complaint? Then he reverted to blame me that I had not asked for the slot. They don't deserve even a single star, but the review won't get posted without one, so I'm giving them one star. CLASSIC CASE OF DISHONESTY AND GREED, AND BREACH OF BUSINESS ETHICS. SHAME ON THEM!!
FYI - Having family members or yourself write 5-star reviews for your own business doesn't help. Earn your reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality products and even worse service and attitude from owner. Avoid being lured by low prices, this is inferior quality and will not last even months. Bought an office chair which tilted on first day itself, and they are refusing replacement even though i am fine with a higher end chair by paying more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop to buy chairs from.. the chair didn't even last for 3 months. The hydraulic is not working, the foam in the seat is dead, the armrest foam is dead. You can feel pins when you keep arm on the armrest.
I have to keep additional padding to sit on the chair, otherwise I can feel the wooden frame while sitting.
And on top of this, when I approached the shop again, he simply refused to fix any of it and said there is no warranty for any of the chairs. They can stop working the next day also. These were the exact words. I don't think this shop can be trusted.
Just within 3 months of usage, I am amazed of how cheap the quality of their products is.
If you are in the market, look around at other shops, this area has many other shops. But skip this one to save yourself the problems.
I should have seen the negative reviews here which seemed similar to my issue.
Adding images for proof of purchase, so that the owner cannot say that "we have no record or recollection of any customer experience fitting this account"
