★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They give very bad service to their customers, I had never felt good to take service from them. Singla is also try to earn from their customers never want to help and solve problems. ?? I didn't satisfied from them.

They maked bill of 6k when bike is fit and fine.
And even after they forgot to tighten multiple nuts in bike. I have multiple issue related to this service center one of them is they give preference to change parts of bike even its not required due to make a huge bill. if you carry 125cc bike and prefer this service center so my suggestion is to sell bike and buy small car because both maintenance is same and car will care you in bad weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, cheating with customers.
1. Went for bike current problems but they recommend for half engin but after that problem not solve. I reached second day they clean carburettor but problem remain same. I reached after a week then changed CDI by taking 1week which was main issue. Until carburettor's oil linkage started I went again and they charged for Rs.10 ring. Where as I had spent more than Rs.12000 and leakage was due to them but further they were changed for ring.
2. On the name of service which cost Rs.490 they do nothing. We will have to pay extra for oil,filter even for chain cleaning Rs 60 and chain oiling Rs.40 which is free of cost outside.
3. They do nothing on the name of wheel balancing. They don't have working equipment for that and add nitrogen gas charges in bill without informing to customer.
4. Worst and slow service moreover rude behaviour of mechanics.

I requesting to new Hero users please don't go to any service centre at all for bike service. Someone can stole your new chain set may stole tool kit or any other possible part. It's better to go out side local service centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not money i stop servicing my bike from service center (Singla acency). It's because you have uneducated or over educated mechanical engineer. They just listen the problem and say to change the part without checking the existing one and once my bike front wheel was moving so tight during service they change brake oil while I complaint next day it's not resolve than they changed my disc plate saying existing one is little band even after changed disc plate I was facing same issue in 4 days again so this time they changed my bybre disc brake system and truly says it cost me lots of time and money and mental tensions & that's the only reason I left my free services even so please this is last request to service agency do not contact me for any service offer.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre doesn't have manners to talk with customer's the staff name is @Veer. Washroom is smelling very bad. Not water facility or tea for the customer's. They are ready to charge for unnecessary reason. You can see in the image that in bottom side of the bike they didn't wash properly. Whenever you go please be very smart because they are ready to cut your pocket. They will give you the thousands of issues about your bike. Which is irrelevant but please understand your bike situation and apply those things which is compulsory or necessary.
At th end whenever you go to the petrol pump and you are aware that this petrol pump doesn't give the quality. The same situation is also here be alert.
और अगर आपको कही भी शंका हो तुरंत मैनेजर को या फिर वीडियो बना ले... They are very smart.
