Its very enjoyable no risk no issue all is ohk and fine.
Just must be improve morning breakfast quality and as well as dinner. As this point its ohk with food but need to improve...

N to be so honest.. I had the worst experience ever!!
Firstly they don't give Wat they promise!!
Secondly food is worst!!
Thirdly they took nearly a week to set up TV connection!!
When I made my advance payment,i made it for a 3bedded room but the very next day when I finally went for accommodation.. It becomes a 4bedded room n Yess THE SAME PRICE!! N list goes on...
N yes last but most important!!
They don't know how to behave with girls!! They use language like "LETS TAKE THEM OUT FROM HERE RIGHT NOW" at night 9:30 !!
Lot of things said... List won't end!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst PG in SaltLake sector 2 area. The owner of the PG doesn't care about the well being of the guests. Only thing he cares about is money. For that he can ask you to move out anytime to accommodate new guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst food. Okok place to stay. Not secured place .when ever they want to show room to other they just broke the lock and get in to room and when we ask the u did this. He give lame answers and prices are also high compared others in the area. PG owner is always money minded and cunning he will talk so sweetly that you won't even realize u got in to his words and don't go for the pics shown online when u go there u will be surprised and I this the correct place which I saw ?? I stayed in ck73. If u love patatos everyday then have fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. Let me tell very honestly. I am not writing in favour or against of anyone. Just I want to help PG seekers about PG in salt lake.
I am basically from Patna and have taken admission in Techno India salt lake, btech.
Before coming to Kolkata, I had searched and made a list of at least 14 pgs near to my college. Being student my initial priority was budget. So due to this Sinhas Pg was the last option as their quoted price was a bit high as compared to others. When I reached Kolkata, I saw 17 pgs actually. Most of them trust me, most of them were disappointing. Dirty rooms, no clue of safety and rude owners.
Lastly I went to Sinhas Pg and the experience was just beyond expectations. Excellent rooms, infact rooms were better than that shown in pictures. Believe me. But the prices were a bit higher. Still the location, rooms quality and most important, the owner and their staffs were so friendly I cannot say.
They are transparent and surprising thing was that the owner clearly said that our prices are a bit higher. Firstly I was surprised but after seeing the rooms and staying for 3 days now, I admit they should charge more. Excellent pg. I recommend this pg to all who are looking for quality accommodation near sector 5. It's the best in every aspect.
The above review I am giving because I was harassed literally when I was searching for PG and was not getting perfect stay initially.

I had been in Sinha PG since last 4 years which is like my own home now.I am grateful that in my struggling days,when i was searching for a good and safe accomodation, I found this place.
Owners are very polite and helpful.They always listen our concerns and are very transparent.They are my family now.Even if one have left pg or want to come back, they will always welcome you with a big heart.They are very down to earth.You will find such people in rare who have time shortage but still devoting their precious time to you.
4 years is a huge time and i definitely recommend everyone who want to experience a homely stay, do come without a hesitation especially for girls.You gonna love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst pg i ever stayed in my life. Everything is broken and we have to complain hundred times, but all goes in vain. Also the rate is too high. There are other good pg's around in very less prices. And moreover, if you plan to stay there, forget about good food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The p.g. became a broken hell after the owner changed..I was happy with everything in my four bedded room but depressed with the food...this is about my experience in the other building in DL block near the tank no. 10
The people who have written good reviews they have lived when the previous owner was there who was very polite and kind...but as an ex resident I would humbly request you not to go there at all...the staff are all idiots..they just keep abusing to each other...the problem came when I had to wait for a month to get the bathroom fixed...except the food and repair problems... everything is very good...but the food was so bad that I used to have only the dinner.. because the lunch was only served on Saturday and Sunday.. The tenants are quite nice and polite..as when I was there ..if you have quite enough money to buy food everyday ..this p.g. can be of some worth to you
