★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got both doses of Covaxin for 4 of us in my family. The queue, token system, spot registration and vaccine were well managed, given the crowd pressure. Pity some people used their connections to jump the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is very nice.. Cleanliness has been maintained properly. Doctors are good and not so rude. I consulted orthopedician. He explained everything properly and given proper medication. But other employees like technicians are not working as per their scheduled working hours. They take too much time and make us to wait. Even they never give reports on the same day. As we know now a days we are getting reports like xray within an hour but here they make us wait for whole day and finally they ask us to collect it tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Doctor is not fit to be a Doctor.. For TB Patient she directly refused to take the patient inn and check,.. She said the residence of patient is more than 2kms radius from hospital.. I don't know why this people do like this to patients even on emergency... They are Public Servents and they have forgotten that they are fed by people like us who pay tax for everything... They don't have mercy very worst more over HELP DESK uncle very clever he raised his hands up saying I don't know anything.... How far this is correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentioned out patient registration but inside clearing in patient billing while people are waiting out side for just a seal to put on paper and 4 members are there inside I don’t even know what are they doing inside they should keep another counter for in patients clearance.
Worst experience that’s why people recommend private hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to a dermatologist for me and a physical certificate for my husband's official purpose. The dermatologist came around 2:30pm after her lunch, i must tell i haven't seen a doctor who is waiting to show her frustration on the patients, before me there were 2 patients she yelled at everyone who had visited her. I used an ointment which i shouldn't use on my skin, so she shouted at me abusing my education, what have you studied? with your degree trying to be smart by using these ointments on your skin, what do you know that the ointments. I was stunned hearing a doctor being so rude. I was so hurt after hearing this. How can doctors be so disrespectful and impatient towards us?
Secondly, my husband has been for a physical certificate, this doctor had been for lunch at 1:30pm and kept all the patients waiting and came at 3:55pm to finish and work and leave, just imagine how these doctors should be and at the end she snapped us telling we don't give the certificate until all the tests are been done, till then nobody gave any information about the tests to be taken.
Doctors are paid to treat us but we regret meeting these 2 doctors for the day. Thank you government for your kindness??
These incidents warns me not to visit this place again and would not advice anyone to go here.
