★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had become a member of this bank as early as in 1995. I was going through my old papers one day and got the share certificate of 1000 Rupees. Curiously, i called up the bank. A lady picked up the phone and spoke in a very friendly manner. I went there to HO as per her advice. It was bubbling with activity. I was directed politely to the lady i contacted. She was so courteous and finished all the work that needed to be done in 5 minutes. Very good customer orientation!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very slow at operations and they make you wait for 30 minutes for a 5 minute work. If you have enough money in your SB the branch manager pushes you to make a bond in there branch and holds unnecessary conversation. This happened to my mother who is a senior citizen. Will not have any savings with this bank for sure. Pathetic xo operative bank.
