If you are looking for anything related to HAIR, you are at the WRONG place!
Back off before you WASTE your money and time!!!
I did a Keratin Treatment from there and during the process they informed me that they are using products from “Lorraine”
This unknown product sounds a lot like L’Oréal when pronounced so I got fooled!
It was only the next day, when they suggested me to buy their shampoo and conditioner from LORRAINE, I noticed it is a non branded product.
Lorraine is not listed anywhere on the internet!
Their bottles do not have ingredients info.
They sell it for cheap price make it it even more questionable on the quality.
I wanted to return and refund the shampoo and conditioner after getting questionable thought about the authenticity of this brand.
They have written and taken signature from me that if anything happens to my hair post their treatment and if I am not using their Lorraine products, then they do not take responsibility!!
and she charged me extra RS 15 with some illogical reasoning.
Imagine being a customer who paid over 6.5k for their services, unhappy with the results, being asked for more 15 Rupees!!!
I noticed evident changes in my hair right after next wash, curls have started to come back within 2 days of treatment!
I wasted 5k for a single wash look!
And the salon manager SAVITA doesn’t even own up to her mistakes.
She is difficult to have a conversation with because of lack of good reasoning.
She lacks listening skills as well and logical analysis.
Again I would like to iterate
PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE FOR HAIR TREATMENTS!
They will use CHEAP products on your hair and the rest depends on your luck.
Tomorrow even if you go bald, you won’t have a company to sue because those cheap products of LORRAINE is simply a FAKE KNOCK OFF of L’Oréal to fool the customers!
One more point to note
There is a horrible playlist going on and on for hours in the parlor.
Same 3 monotonous tracks being repeated whole day!
You will appreciate and miss real music even if you are not a music lover!
You would want to somehow run outside and listen to some good tracks.
This indirectly affects your decision making as well!
