Interviewers are highly egoistic, I would rather recommend join a good startup, instead working for this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good organisation to work and challenge yourself to do better everyday. Dedicated and committed efforts are well recognised and appreciated.
The organisation did a great job during COVID and supported its employees and their dependents from arranging Oxygen cylinders to hospital beds. A growth organisation with multifold growth every year. A good paymaster too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, i could not clear final round of interview still i gave 5 star on the basis of my observation i could understand the professionalism of HR and Ops Team and how they are true to their company for hiring candidate anyway i will surely try again if i get opportunity in any other suitable profile suits me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall interview experience "worst", Totally unprofessionalism. I would never recommend sirionlab to any ever.
I got first call asking for my work profile and CTC expectation. Then HR was fine with everything and then took me though 3 rounds of interview. After 3 rounds of interviews , they called me for my docs for further salary approval from seniors as they told.
After sending docs , I did not get any response and when I called them to ask the status- they tried to impose fake reason on me as they are re-structuring staff so may no need new staff and wanted me to accept this as feedback. But I asked her to take my feedback as if you can't afford new staff, don't ask for docs.
I never seen such idiots. They should ask for doc after checking with all concerned people within org. After sending my personal docs, they don't need new staff.
Stop playing around HR of sirionlab. Learn some professional practice then reach out to people for docs. If you can't afford staff, don't ask for docs and 3 rounds of interview. You better don't entertain people after checking expectation at first place.
And HR - Please go through the definition of "Feedback".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is surprisingly good to work. People are helpful and great. The setup is very beautiful. Cafeteria has free snacks(bread-butter jam, namkeen, biscuits, chocos, muesli, corn flakes etc). A proper lunch is also provided on subsidised prices. Cab to home after 9 pm(8 pm if you are a lady/girl) in the evening is free from office. Nearby areas has lot of eateries and markets. The environment is positive and the learning curve is great. All in all, highly recommended to anyone interested.
