In today's workshop I learnt about my own strengths and weaknesses, and how I can improve or reduce them respectively.
I attended the opening up workout which helped me clear my nervousness and increased my self beleive.
I also learnt about different emotions and the correct way of delivering any dialogue with respective emotion.
It was a very knowledgeable class.
