Seems like they have open shop to cheat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heavily disappointed with (non-existent) customer service. The staff is most irresponsible and does not give valid reliable response. It has been 25 days waiting for a D'decor fabric that was committed within 4-5 days.
They just don't bother to update. If you have bought fabric, it is your sole responsibility to track it, call them every second day asking for updates and beg them to deliver.
It seems the staff is trained to mislead customers with their random answers. There is no system where they know what was last told to the customer and no communication with the supplier brand.
After 24 days of waiting, yesterday I was told that my order would be delivered today (13.10.21). I kept waiting, no one came and when I called back, I am told, it will take 4-5 days more ( which again is a random blabber)
Salesperson Ranjit, floor manager Pavan (both hopeless) and the lady who sits at the reception, not ready to take any responsibility.
Ask for senior management, woh to phone nahin uthayenge, 2 baje ke Baad milenge... Blah blah blah..

Mohak and rakesh please stop business for lootong peoples.
Guys you will get same item from outside in market they dont have display .but you will get same.
