Late Sh. Sitaram Ji started the business with a Push Cart at DAV School in the late 1955's. He used to push his cart around Paharganj and sell the exotic food to traders and residents. Later he opened a shop within Paharganj in 1970's. It was word-of-mouth that grew our business manifold over the years and we opened our new branch in Pitampura in 2008. We prepare what many Delhiites believe to be the perfect Chole Bhatura. Our mission is to serve you best quality and taste.

The staff is also not concerned about their customers.....as I have to wait for atleast 20 mins for just a small order of 2 plates.

chole was normal
bhature was not greasy.
shikanji was not worth it.
All it was a normal bhature, not like you haven't eaten before. A bit overhyped if you are planning specially to visit them . on a scale 6.5 /10.

They have same great taste.. crowd was managed but could be better.. swiggy.. zomato ppl should have different line as they are always in a hurry.. so that sometimes create chaos
Very limited menu with fab taste
Only downside they give very less chole that you need to buy a plate of chole separately...
This should be improved quantity of chole.. else okay for ur appetite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is in MD Block, DDA Market Pitampura. They are famous for their cholle bhature. Hygiene were maintained. Quantity and Quality both were nice. Cholle were less spicy and less oily, bhature were tooo soft. Digital payment were accepted here. Value for money Rs75/- per plate. Recommend place. Best taste in this price.
