★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Totally unprofessional behaviour by the travel owners. Very bad attitude of the drivers...not even cooperative with the customers.
Neither discipline nor punctuality is followed by drivers. Please dont even think of booking and travelling from this Travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reporting time was 3.30pm and it is now 8.30pm and I am still waiting for the bus to arrive. They talk sweetly to you before taking money and than become unresponsive for their actions after you have paid. Hoped to give 0 star but google doesn't provide that option. The window has cracks on it and the safety seems a real concern with this bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I am traveling in this bus from Mumbai to Gujarat. For once I will go on bicycle but not in this bus. Forget about ticket, but next time even if bus operator gives me 1000rs along with free ticket I will not travel in this. Till now I use to think sewage stinks the most but now I found this bus which stinks even worse. In this bus I found seat is hard than rock. please declare this as worst bus in the world? Better cancel your trip or go walking rather than choosing this?
