★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always travelled through this travel agency. Drivers are good. This time I did not got the correct bill. I reverted immediately requesting for correct bill. Waited for 8 days, there was no response. So I gave 1 rating to responsiveness. Finally when I tasked them for correct bill, I was questioned as to why did I gave 1 rating ? I clarified I did not got bill and was irate and showed my dis satisfaction and a bit aggression. Instead of managing situation, apologising or to close the loop on a positive note. The concerned started giving me dirty bad words and threatened me, which is completely un professional, unethical and not acceptable. I just told him ‘’same to you’’ on each bad word. Not happy with this behaviour. He also gave bad word on WhatsApp message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its really sad to write bad reviews about someone's business but at the same time people should be aware what is wrong n what is right..I had booked their services for 31st dec for 2N to daman from Mumbai.. paid full amount as agreed before going.. their driver Ganesh was super rude and I had complained the owner Devang Shah about it.. on our way to daman the driver had asked 4 people to get down of the bus at toll naka as he said there is a weighing machine and we are overloaded and would be charged a fine. Taking driver's words 4 of my friends got down at highway.. as we were on the weighing machine the weight was way more than the passing taken by sitaram travels.. the driver rudely asked everyone to get down even the kids and shouted on them.. I spoke to the toll officer and he said your bus guy has taken passing only for bus that's y you had to get down..this is a normal practice to avoid heavy toll tax... After reaching hotel I spoke to devang n he assured me that the driver will not be rude and while returning only 3 people will have to get down.. taking his words thinking he is a professional person I agreed..while returning the same thing happened.. we all had to get down and stand on the highway for nearly 30 mins with kids..I wouldn't recommend sitaram tours and travels for outstation services... This was my 1st and last experience with them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was worried at the first as this was the first time I was booking bus for my travel. But once i got the phone number of our bus driver (Datta ji)a day prior to my trip i gave him our time to arrive and he reached half an hour before our time. He has been a great help to all of us as he had knowledge of the roads and timings of the traffic. As we booked 13 seater we were all nicely adjusted and comfortable. The bus condition was very nice and easy for us to adjust. It also had AUX for our music and mobile charging point at the side. So sitaram tours nad travel is gonna be in my list and reference

Experienced Drivers, clean and new Bus.
Punctual, Reach on Time to Pick up.
You dont need to do follow up, the day before journey i got Bus Number and driver details on sms.
I would recommend it to everyone.
