★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling with sitaram for log time and always loved their service.
But this time they asked me to change bus at borivali (never did it before but was okay as they informed it in advance) but at borivali they asked me to board bus of other traveller and told us our bus is facing some problem, here starts problem
1) Replacement bus is not even meeting half of what you expect from Sitaram bus
2) you can see thin layer of sand on seat, even though you clean it 10 time, you can see it back after couple of minutes.
3) person in office was rude, told " Issi me jana he,baki dekhlo aapko kya krna he"
4) Bus driver started bus with my luggage even though I am still talking in office and told if you want to travel then come in or leave we are going.
Note : It doesn't like I have taken their to much of time, all this just happened in span of 8-9 minutes and they start leaving.
Really never expected this level of professionalism from Sitaram.

Doesn't has manners to speak with women n kids.. we had planned our trip to daman n hired 20 seater bus from sitaram,on our way at toll naka where there is weighing machine the driver asked 4 people to get down, after that when we were on the weighing machine the driver asked everyone to get down as the weight was way more than the passing was taken by the company..actually the passing was taken only for the bus..we faced the same issue while returning back.. dear friends please be careful when you book outstation bus through them.. this was my first and last experience with them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Liked their Service Between Mumbai To Mahuva ( bhavnagar)... it's the greatest in the same route category....and by far the best Service you can get on this route... Haults at the hotel Are good enough compared to other Services...All together I love To travel with Them to Mahuva and bhavnagar...it's My Great Experience Of Bus Travelling for l ast 7- 8 years now...Keep it Up Guys...??
