★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequently disconnected for 4 to 8 hrs. No permanent solution. Need to take another connection to save my job. They will make you mad if you are planing to take siti or indinet broadband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad service in Shapoorji New Town. Overpriced plans and fraudulent criteria for their service. There Rapid_New plan offers 40 Mbps bandwidth in broucher but in reality it offers only 8 Mbps speed. Check with any speed test site. Frequently services are down with no meaningful customer care response. Awating another ISP to enter Shapoorji, I'll immediately switch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service I have received from them. They hardly have any downtime, maybe 30 mins in the last 4 months. Best is their Customer service. I logged a ticket and to my surprise within 15 mins i get a call.
Keep up the good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet connection i ever seen. Customer care number is present only for show off, call never connected. Only on payment date local operator is available, others day mobile showing switch off. For one ? they not aligable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After umpun, 2weeks now but no Internet is available in my area. No customer service available. No support available . But siti says they work day & night. Other broadband company like alliance they start their services 95% area but siti works day & night. I pay for the Internet every month time to time but. Many times shows Destination unreachable. What i do? I can't do my work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is satisfactory by the technicians and provider ,but product is worst part . It can not provide the correct bandwidth. Every time needs to ask for help , problem doesn't solved at all . Please do the demo and buy the plan depending on your requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience, Always the Internet speed Fluctuate from 20 to 50 mbps, and the Customer Care Experience are worst in condition, When I raise a ticket the not taken in consideration, response time after 24 hours and without solving the issue they close the tickets without acknowledgement. After 12 pm (noon) the internet goes down upto 4 pm, Even I raise ticket and Mailed them but the issue not solve yet (Last 11 months).
