★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought this connection on last days of April and since 1st May on daily basis I have to remind Excitel that they have to start my internet.. I will work for few hours and post that it’s again down and you to remind them again.. It’s an additional job for me.. For this job I am PAID but I PAY them. Simply pathetic service... My 3 tickets are open from past 6-8 days and no resolution if you chat with theee executive they simply say team is working on it and plz wait

there are always problems with there services..
i mean not a single week gone without any complaints... if you have any other options go for it they can't handle customers like professionals. After complaining some they blame your devices and all.
third class services. and instead of solving they are ready with a excuse like this happen that happens i mean every time there is complaints they have excuse ready.

They ask them to put complain on app and then after 3 days closes it sitting in their office by mentioning resolved. No one talks to you and problem will never be solved. Poorest service provider in Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exide company's net is the most useless in my opinion The company promises that we provide very good service but there is nothing like this, neither the customer care people listen nor their executives listen. Disconnect in 24 hours I think it lasts for two or three hours, even after four to five days, there is no response from the company.
