★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got little upset, when they told that Radiator Flange coupling part will take 7 days for my India GLX Zeta Petrol (2006 model), as I had to travel to Bangalore within 1 or 2 days. I requested them it is very urgent.
I am really surprised that within 1 day they tried very hard and could be able to get the part and did the repair and delivered the car the same day evening.
I felt very happy that the value and attention they give to the customer request, and trying to resolve the issue quickly, thereby making the customer feel satisfactory.
Excellent, Dedicated and very professional Service.
Especially, I would like to thank and appreciate Service Advisor "ZIA" for the quick, immediate and prompt action to make the customer feel Happy.
