★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not understand why everyone is praising this place. Might be in North India, people haven't truly seen authentic Yoga places. Looking at the positive reviews, I went for the free weekend class. The class was utterly disgusting and difficult asanas given to the people in their first class. Such kind of difficult asanas can be performed only after practicing Yoga for a certain period of time. Instead of feeling better after a Yoga class, I was rather angry at the ignorance of these people and the all those who had given misleading reviews for this place.

the teachers radiate the quality of the centre always brimming with joy and positivity and to me it’s like my oxygen supply while in the city.
so grateful for a centre like this which holistically caters to giving yoga in all in aspects . vijayji has maintained the authenticity of the sivananda tradition in it purity .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember the day when I had entered the Centre expecting some physical workout regime called Asanas and Pranayama. What followed was something that changed my entire perspective of Yoga. Sivananda Yoga for me turned out to be the spiritual way to attain physical and mental health so different… so divine!
The teachers at the Centre do their volunteer work with all devotion and dedication. Helpful, polite and knowledgeable are but a few qualities that would describe them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have joined Aadishiva Yoga Centre for 5 months and continuing. I am 13 years old and I have been gaining weight and I wanted an increase in my height. Meenakshi ma'am has been a huge supporter and joining her classes helped me get motivated and energetic. She gives attention to all the students and gives the aasana and exercises according to need. She teaches us about yoga and a healthy lifestyle. I have a better routine and mindset now. I recommend this centre if you want a good physical and mental health. I hope to learn a lot more from her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was never fond of Yoga but after joining Sivananda Yoga centre in Dwarka, I dont feel like quitting. It's amazing. Love the professionalism teachers display at the centre. Yoga is good for both body and mind and Sivananda centre is perfect for learning and practicing yoga.

The environment is peaceful. The place is surrounded by greenery.
Unlike other centers they will not try and sell you yoga gears (though I’m good quality stuff is available).
I highly recommend this place for peacefulness m, the so called me time, and Ofcourse health.
