The trainers are really friendly and always encourage us to workout better.The instructions given by trainers are very clearly while doing the asanas. There are a variety of asanas and exercises done everday. The teachers are very polite and always try to give pleasure feeling with yoga.
It is one the best yoga centers and I would recommended to everyone to be part of this center...
