Very poor work culture, no work life balance, no holidays, not in festivals, and not even a single holiday in a week.
Overtime hours but no recognition and no rewards
Overall zero employee satisfaction and zero management. No one is skilled in this company.
We have seen that many employees left due to this work culture, low salary and internal politics.
They won't value your hard work.
I personally won't recommend anyone to join this company. If you want, you can try and you will get results within 6 months.
