★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very irresponsible people. Very bad internet service provider, internet always disconnects. Every now and then we need to call for fixing the issue. Owners also does not know how to speak with Customers. Terrible people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant owner.We shifted to a new house and to transfer the connection they are taking their own sweet time without giving a proper deadline. We have my sister and her son who came from Bangalore. They need internet for studies and work all the time and we have been suffering a lot because of these people's delay in response and work. Also when my sister called to follow up, the owner Srinivas was very arrogant and do not know how to talk to customers. Owner has to realise that business is for mutual benefit. He should not talk rudely to customers saying as if he does not need them.

He doesn't take our complaints seriously and when we ask him regarding the slowness he doesn't reply in a good way. This shows how arrogant he is. I suggest who ever planning to take this service, never ever take this service.
