★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As my dad wanted a property in Bangalore's best location, and Electronic City is a very prime residential location. Me and my dad visited many upcoming properties in this location, non of them found good vastu - compliant homes except this sjr fiesta homes, I'm very much impressed with the architecture and design & I'm going to book a flat in this building.

Reasons :
maintenance is not Good.
Material is of really bad quality.
Not a single camera in parking. If somebody scratch your car or bike. Can't do anything.
Lots of rats.
Bad smell.
Near graveyard
No public transportation.
If you still have money then buy it. It's up-to you as its your money. No-one can stop you. But don't cry after buying it like others.

All stores are stone throwing distance which makes your living hassle free. close proximity to Electronic City BMTC bus stop, NICE Road, Elevated express way, upcoming ring road and Metro stations will ensure your daily commute to office and other city hubs easy and convenient . Amenities like Swimming pool , Badminton court , Tennis Court, Basketball court, squash court , Pool table , party hall, well equipped Gym , spacious children play area, lawn and flower gardens will make it enriching experience for people living in the society.

My brother and I booked a flat in fiesta homes recently and i have already taken home loan from Tata Capital Housing and so far I was worried after reading some negative comments but i have realiazed that all the issues was have been sorted out for good extend and those reviews are almost 3 years to 5 years old, by that time I agree there are some issues with handover etc, but now most of the flats are ready to occupy and takes only time to finish the home loan and ready for registration, society is good, well maintained by association, some small prons and corns but nothing dangerous as you can see all the flat owners are living here.. some times you can feel smeel but not coming all the time may be when wind flow from other end of the Sarjapur raod which is more than 4 kms. Home loan process anyhow will do all the legal checks on the property and than only if paper are clean they will sanction the loan. Good property and good location all this i feel personally now. Rest upto you to take a decision on buying any flats here..
